ACE-031
A myostatin “trap.” Myostatin is the brake on muscle growth; ACE-031 soaks it up so muscles can grow larger. Powerful in concept, but its human trial was stopped early for bleeding side effects, so this is a high-caution entry.
No validated protocol
Trials used up to 2.5 mg/kg SubQ every 2 weeks (i.e. tens of mg/dose), doses far above typical “research peptide” amounts, and that program was stopped early for bleeding. There is no validated, safe community microdose. Included for completeness; not a recommended protocol.
What to expect
Increased muscle mass in principle, but with a real bleeding-risk profile that ended its clinical development. Risk/benefit is unfavorable for physique use.
Men & women
A myostatin trap, unisex mechanism, no human sex data. High caution both sexes (its trial stopped for bleeding). Avoid in pregnancy.
