Where: SubQ abdomen. Systemic action – injection site doesn’t matter.

What to expect

Head rush immediately post-injection is normal. Systemic anti-inflammatory within days. Recovery improvements across all musculoskeletal tissues over 4–8 weeks.

Side effects

Head rush immediately post-injection (common, brief). Mild fatigue.

Drug interactions

Anticoagulants / antiplatelets (warfarin, DOACs, aspirin, clopidogrel): caution due to vascular activity; no human data. Chemotherapy / anti-angiogenic drugs (bevacizumab, lenalidomide, sorafenib): mechanistically opposed; do NOT combine outside oncology supervision. VEGF-pathway agents: TB-500 activates angiogenesis, may oppose anti-VEGF therapy. BPC-157: complementary mechanism, commonly stacked; same active-malignancy contraindication.

Warnings

Theoretical malignancy concern: tissue-repair angiogenesis can also support tumor vascularization. PCAC RECOMMENDED it for the 503A bulks list, 8–6 (Jul 2026; advisory, non-binding; FDA rulemaking pending).

Patient education

All use is off-label; quality varies, request COA. Active cancer is an absolute contraindication, angiogenic mechanism can support tumor blood supply. Rotate injection sites; cycle 4–6 wks on / 2–4 wks off.
