10 units/day lands each peptide on its standard working dose at once, BPC-157 500 mcg, TB-500’s 500 mcg/day “rides-along” daily cadence, KPV low-systemic 500 mcg. Inject near the target tissue (abdomen for gut/systemic); rotate sites. Daily dosing is required, BPC-157’s half-life is short.

Drug interactions

Anticoagulants / antiplatelets: additive bleeding risk with TB-500's vascular activity (theoretical). NSAIDs: don’t reduce BPC-157 directly, but impair tissue healing on their own; minimize during a repair cycle. No major systemic (CYP) drug interactions otherwise.

No routine labs required. Consider hsCRP baseline if treating inflammation; imaging / clinical evaluation for any new or enlarging mass.

Warnings

Three-peptide blend, every component's caution applies at once. Repair + angiogenesis pathways overlap with tumor growth, any new or growing mass needs evaluation. KPV is a melanocortin fragment, watch for new skin pigmentation. NSAIDs impair healing on their own (they don’t blunt BPC-157 directly); quality varies, request a COA.

Daily dosing is required, BPC-157's half-life is short. Inject near the target tissue, or abdomen for systemic effect; rotate sites. Keep the blend at ~10u and add standalone KPV for heavier gut coverage rather than over-running the blend (which drags TB-500 high). BPC-157 and TB-500 drive soft-tissue repair and recovery; KPV adds MC1R/MC3R anti-inflammatory coverage for gut, joints, and skin. Because they’re in a fixed 1:1:1 ratio, one dose scales all three together.
