Survodutide
A dual GLP-1 + glucagon receptor agonist. The GLP-1 side curbs appetite like semaglutide; the glucagon side raises energy expenditure and targets liver fat, it’s being developed primarily for fatty-liver disease (MASH).
Typical dose
4.8–6 mg
Once weekly
Cycle
Titrate over 14–20 weeks
Timing
Same day each week, any time
Where
SubQ, abdomen/thigh
Check your units. The units in this table assume 2.5 mg/mL, but the guide's recommended mix makes 5 mg/mL. If you mix it that way, your units will be different. Use the calculator to get the right draw for your vial.
Titration (4 wks each)
Weeks 1–4
24u (2.5 mg/mL)0.6 mg · Once weekly
Intro phase, adapt to dual GLP-1 + glucagon stimulation.
Weeks 5–8
48–96u (2.5 mg/mL)1.2–2.4 mg · Once weekly
Step up only if well tolerated.
Weeks 9–16
(switch to 5 mg/mL: 72–96u)3.6–4.8 mg · Once weekly
Target range. 4.8 mg/week is the trial target.
Maintenance
4.8–6 mg · Once weekly
4.8 mg = Phase 2 target (NCT04667377); 6 mg = Phase 3 SYNCHRONIZE max. Do not exceed 6 mg, higher figures are unverified community claims.
Units column in the source is given at 2.5 mg/mL unless noted. Generally harsher on GI than mazdutide, don’t rush the ladder.
Cycle & timing
Cycle: Titrate over 14–20 weeks; the glucagon component makes nausea more likely than pure GLP-1, so go slowly.
Timing: Same day each week, any time.
Where: SubQ, abdomen/thigh. Rotate.
What to expect
Appetite suppression + a metabolic-rate bump; weight and liver-fat drop over months. Investigational.
How much to buy

Men & women
Men: In men, excess fat lowers testosterone; GLP-1 raises total testosterone, SHBG and gonadotropins as weight drops, and improves sperm and erectile function; and preserves fertility, unlike TRT (which suppresses sperm).
Women: Women lose more than men at the same dose but report more GI (start lower). In PCOS they improve cycles, lower free testosterone and raise ovulation; a real unplanned-pregnancy risk. Stop before conceiving.
