MGF
Also: Mechano Growth Factor, IGF-1Ec
Mechano Growth Factor, a splice variant of IGF-1 your muscles release when damaged by training. It tells satellite (stem) cells to multiply and repair the muscle. Native MGF lasts only minutes, so it's injected straight into the worked muscle right after training.
Standard
Units column header in the source reads "Units (1 mg/mL)". If you want a wider dosing window or systemic effect, use PEG-MGF instead.
Cycle & timing
Cycle: Run during training blocks, 6–8 weeks, then break.
Timing: Immediately post-workout, local to the worked muscle; this is the whole point of native (non-PEG) MGF.
Where: IM, into the specific trained muscle. Rotate within the muscle.
What to expect
Enhanced local recovery and hypertrophy in the trained muscle over a training block. Effects are local and modest, not dramatic.
How much to buy
For 8-wk @ 200 mcg, ~4 training days/wk:
Men & women
A local IGF-1 splice variant, like the GH axis, women may respond at a slightly lower dose. Efficacy contested; avoid in pregnancy.
